IQAC Narayana Medical College conducted a fire safety program was conducted for staff and students and faculties of NMC on 23.07.22 at 4.00 PM. the purpose was to make aware of the fire safety precautions to be taken at the workplace. The personnel from the fire safety department visited the campus along with all fire safety equipment and the fire safety vehicle.

Different kind of fire such as fire from gas, oil, and electricity, and different kind of fire distinguishers to be used for different fires was demonstrated. On the hand, preventive exercises were also taught and carried out by spectators.

These fire safety demonstrations were useful in eradicating the phobia of fire among the staff, students, and faculties
