The Department Of Forensic Medicine continues to provide an unblemished service – Academic and Medico legal services
Medico legal cases Expertise Opinion and guidance regarding Medico legal Cases and providing evidence in difference Courts of Law.
Academics
Forensic Medicine and Toxicology classes for undergraduate Students – MBBS.- Extensive Training in the entire medico legal work and inculcating the importance of medical ethics and unethical practice for interns and UG students and Para-medical
- Regular assessment of the performances and practical and knowledge of our students
Facilities / Equipments
- An Embalming room.
- Facilities for storing bodies brought by general public as well.
- Facilities for Anthropometry.
- Museum with Photographs and visuals depicting Medical Ethics and collections of Specimens and Photographs of all of our sensitive Medico legal Autopsies and Charts.
