A programme on “Ethics Awareness” had been organised in Narayana Medical College on 19.03.2018 as per directions from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences Vijayawada and by the supervision and presence of AP Medical Council member Dr. G.Ashok.

The programme was presided over by Dr. G.Veera Nagi Reddy, Principal, Narayana Medical College. Dr. Sreeram Sateesh I/c Medical Superintendent, addressed the internees and final year post graduates. Around 185 interns and PGs attended.

Dr. S.V.Phanindra Prof & HOD forensic Medicine highlighted in his presentation the ethical guidelines to be followed during practice, Record to be maintained, advertising principles.

Dr. G.Ashok presented the medical council guidelines regarding physician’s responsibilities towards Colleagues, Community, Practice and Procedures.

“Hippocratic Oath” was taken by all the new outgoing batch of Interns and post graduates.

Dr. D.Rama Mohan Addl. Medical Superintendent has given vote of thanks and coordinated the programme.
