NRI Admission Guidelines
Students seeking admission under the NRI quota at Narayana Medical College, Nellore, are governed by the Rules and Regulations of Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.
Admission Requirements
The NRI Sponsored candidates are required to submit a declaration form (Annexure-II) along with supporting evidential documents prescribed by the affiliating university.
- Declaration (Annexure-II) signed by both the candidate and the NRI sponsor on white paper.
- Candidates must comply with all admission requirements prescribed by the University.
- Admissions are processed strictly as per prevailing rules and regulations.
NRI Quota
Fifteen percent of the total intake is earmarked for NRI admissions as per GO Ms. No.111, Health Medical and Family Welfare (C1) Department dated 07.07.2017.
Required Documents
The following evidential documents shall be submitted by candidates applying under the NRI Sponsored Category.
Green Card / Citizenship Card
Documentary evidence of citizenship or permanent resident status of the NRI sponsor.
Bank Statement
Copy of the NRI sponsor's bank statement covering the previous six months.
Passport Copy
Passport issued by the respective country of residence of the NRI sponsor.
Utility Bills
Latest Electricity Bill, Gas Bill, or Water Bill in the name of the NRI sponsor.
Annexure-II Declaration
Signed declaration by the candidate and the NRI sponsor on white paper.
Important Note
Visa and Driving License shall not be accepted as substitutes for the prescribed documents.
