The Department of Anatomy, Narayana Medical College, conducted white coat ceremony on 15-12-2022 for Fresher’s. The program started at 3.00 PM by inviting dignitaries on to the Dias. 

Fallowed by a prayer song by first MBBS students Ms. G. Mahathi and Ms. D. Pranava Keerthi. Followed by “Jyothi Prajwalana by the dignitaries.

Dr. K. Ashalatha Professor & HOD of Anatomy, imparted knowledge on the white coat followed by welcome address by Dr. S.P. Rao, Dean. Dr. P. Viswakumar. Professor & HOD of Biochemistry. Spoke on “Virtues of Medical education”. Dr. Hari Prasad Reddy, Medical superintendent – Narayana Hospital shared few words about “clinical facilities “at Narayana Hospital. Dr. Mallikarjun Garu IMA – Nellore branch president spoke a few words on “what does it mean to be a doctor”. 

 Dr. A. Chandrasekhar, vice principal –NMC spoke about the “Desirable characters of a

 Medical Students”, followed by white coat ceremony. MAHARSHI CHARAK SHAPATH was administered by Dr. P. Narasimha Reddy, Director Academics.
