Medical Ethics Awareness Programme was conducted for outgoing Interns and Fresh batch of (2023-24) Postgraduates on 19-02-2024 at Gray’s Lecture Gallery in Narayana Medical College, Nellore.

 Dr. Rayapu Ramesh Babu, Member of APMC visited as the chief guest for the program, He presented a PowerPoint presentation on the Medical Ethics to be followed by the doctors and also shared his experiences with ethical cases appearing in various parts of the country. He also spoke about professionalism, code of medical ethics, duties and responsibilities of the physician.

 Dr. P. Sreenivasulu Reddy, Principal, Narayana Medical College also shared his experiences and Dr. B. Hari Prasad Reddy, Medical Superintendent of Narayana Hospital also explained various ethical scenarios in day today running of the hospitals.

A total of 272 Interns and 131 postgraduates participated in the programme. The Hippocrates Oath and pledge is administered by all participants. The program concluded with the vote of thanks by Dr. P. Sreenivasulu Reddy.
