Our MBBS Part 1 (2023 Batch) students from Narayana Medical College had a meaningful field visit to Velamavaridinne on 26th March, 2026 as part of the Family Adoption Program.

This initiative provided them with an opportunity to connect with the community, understand their health needs, and apply learning in a real-world setting. They interacted with families, assessed their socio-demographic and health status, and emphasized the importance of preventive and promotive healthcare.

Such experiences strengthen their responsibility as future doctors and help them build a compassionate approach towards community health.
