The Narayana Medical Institutions not only excel in the field of academic but also excels in the field of sports and extracurricular activities. As stress buster to staff & students of Narayana Medical Institutions the Executive Director, Mr. K. Puneet & Dr. P. Sindhura, Managing Director of Narayana Group of Institutions initiated Narayana Premier League 2018.

Narayana Premier League is a 20 overs Cricket Tournament among the students, teaching and Non-teaching staff. The matches were conducted in Narayana Medical Institutions Stadium and are witnessed by 3000 spectators. The teams were divided into two pools and the series of matches lasted for two months on Sundays and Public holidays, SM Riders Vs NMC UG team played the final match. SM riders won the match by four wickets.

Mr. Krishnamachari Srikkanth, former Captain of Indian Cricket Team was invited as the Chief Guest for the presentation ceremony, which was conducted on 24th July, 2018. He delivered very enthusiasts speech to the audience followed by the prize distribution. Mr. Puneet, Executive Director, Narayana Group of Institutions, Dr. G.
