As Ombudsperson of Narayana Academy of Higher Education, I am entrusted with the responsibility of upholding fairness, transparency, and institutional integrity. The role is centered on ensuring that the concerns and grievances of students, faculty, and staff are addressed impartially, promptly, and in accordance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.
Guided by the values and vision of our leadership, the Office of the Ombudsperson functions as an independent and neutral forum that promotes accountability and constructive dialogue within the institution. Every representation is handled with sensitivity, confidentiality, and objectivity, with the aim of fostering mutual understanding and equitable resolution.
